Job Title: Entry Level Project Manager/EngineerJob DescriptionThe position involves working under a High Level Project Manager, managing projects across various industries. The role requires interfacing with multiple customers and ensuring the smooth progression of projects.Responsibilities
• Read through CAD drawings to determine accuracy and fit. • Work within MS Project/ERP systems to advance projects through different phases. • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring agendas and invite lists are completed, secure training rooms, and take and publish notes. • Assist in procurement activities, including requisitioning and invoice management to suppliers, change order development to clients, and procurement/ESM tracking. • Assist with data communication to the Project Manager. • Maintain change log and file supporting documentation such as emails and meeting notes. • Utilize existing or develop custom reporting as required per project. • Assist in efforts to solve financial, scheduling, and regulatory issues. Essential Skills
• Bachelors degree in Engineering-related curriculum. • 2+ years of experience with MS Project and/or an ERP System. • 2+ years of industrial/manufacturing experience. • 2+ years of experience working within a CAD system. • 2+ years of project support experience in areas such as cost controls, purchasing, and supply chain. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Ability to organize large amounts of information into a coherent and meaningful format while managing multiple projects. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience working with MS Project. • 2+ years of experience in cost management/change management. Work EnvironmentThe role requires working in various environments, including office settings, manufacturing, and construction sites, with a travel expectation of 15% or less.Entry Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of De Pere, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
