Analyst II, Financial Planning

Job Description: Work closely with the FP&A management to provide insightful analysis, develop financial models, and support strategic decision-making processes. Job duties: • Prepare monthly management reporting and assist in month-end close. • Develop and maintain financial models, KPIs, and forecasts. • Support the annual budgeting and long-range planning process. • Collaborate with department leaders to gather and analyze financial information. • Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders. • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and projects. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function. • Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization. • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field of study. • Minimum four (4) years of professional experience in finance or accounting OR an MBA/advanced degree in a related field of study with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in finance or accounting. • Proficient with ERP Systems. • Experience with EPM systems. • Sound understanding of accounting and finance principles. • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills. • Skill in analyzing and interpreting financial data. • High degree of accuracy in working with large amounts of data. • Must assume responsibility for timeliness of work completion and perform to meet strict deadlines. • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. • Effective communication (verbal, written, and listening) and presentation skills. • Proficient with MS Office Suite. Desired Qualifications • Relevant advanced degree such as an MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred. • Strong proficiency in SAP and Hyperion is a plus. • Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
