Senior Brand Manager
Opportunity Overview: Brand Management serves as the enterprise steward of the Edward Jones brand, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand experience across channels, segments, and markets. This role translates brand strategy into enterprise-wide activation, governance, and reputation management practices while partnering with Marketing, Communications, Legal, Compliance, and business leaders to strengthen brand effectiveness and protect brand integrity. The position requires strong strategic thinking, influence, and sound judgment in a complex, highly visible environment. What You'll Do: • Drive consistent brand activation and expression across the enterprise. • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to embed brand standards into campaigns, programs, and client experiences. • Serve as a trusted advisor on brand strategy, governance, and best practices. • Identify opportunities to improve brand consistency, effectiveness, and adoption. • Monitor and mitigate brand reputation risks in partnership with Communications, Legal, and Compliance. • Assess the reputational impact of enterprise decisions and recommend actions that protect and enhance the brand. • Ensure all external brand expressions align with firm values, positioning, and standards. • Guide stakeholders through brand-sensitive issues with speed, consistency, and sound judgment.

Position Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Brand Management, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, brand operations, or a related discipline. • Experience managing brand health metrics, brand equity measurement, and performance reporting. • Proven success developing and implementing brand governance frameworks and standards within complex, matrixed organizations. • Experience leading enterprise-wide brand activation across multiple channels, segments, and business lines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority. • Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives, make sound decisions in ambiguous situations, and balance long-term brand strategy with operational execution. Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
