Junior Marketing Executive - Resident in Malta or Hold an EU Passport (*Fluent in German & English)
Overview:
We’re looking for a creative, organised and digitally minded Junior Marketing Executive to join our Team and Support the day-to-day Marketing Activities for one of our banking products. You will be focusing primarily on creating clear, engaging and customer-friendly content across email campaigns, our app, website and other digital channels. Working closely with the Marketing Team and other internal stakeholders to communicate our products, offers and key messages effectively.
We are looking for someone with a strong feel for Written Content, Tone of Voice and Different Audiences. You should be able to turn complex information into simple, engaging customer communications and be willing to learn and develop your skills in a marketing environment. *Fluency in both Written and Spoken German is essential.
Role:
Content & Email Campaigns
• Create clear, engaging and customer-friendly content for email campaigns and customer communications.
• Support the planning and execution of email campaigns based on campaign objectives and target audiences.
• Develop content for different customer segments and stages of the customer journey.
• Work with Marketing, Product and Compliance teams to ensure content is accurate, relevant and compliant.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure a high standard of language, consistency and accuracy.
• Monitor campaign performance and use insights to improve future content.
Website Content
• Publish and update product information, campaigns, announcements and other website content.
• Ensure website content is accurate, current, engaging and consistent with the brand.
• Work with internal teams to gather information and turn it into clear, customer-friendly content.
• Coordinate website updates with relevant stakeholders, including Compliance and Product teams.
• Review and improve existing website content where needed.
Skills & Experience:
• Strong writing skills and a genuine interest in creating customer-facing content.
• Good feel for tone of voice, messaging and different target audiences.
• Ability to turn complex information into clear, simple and engaging copy.
• Ability to create content for different formats and channels, particularly email and website.
• Very good written and spoken German.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Practical experience in content writing, email marketing, CRM or digital marketing is a plus.
