About the Role
We are looking for a Reporting analyst, with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in fast paced environment for generating reports from various systems and applications. The ideal candidate should have good understanding of the business requirements and translate them to reporting using Excel or other reporting platforms as needed. Willing to learn new and advanced reporting methodologies. Skills with data types and Data Transformation from various source data formats to clean and presentable reporting for business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Highly maintain data Privacy and Data governance policies and ensure reporting data is secured and consistent.
• Accountable for daily deliverables of Reports to the business with Accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare regular weekly, monthly, and quality reviews presentation and Reports.
• Support business on any ADHOC data requirements and present it with Professional and business required format.
• Should have basic data analytics experience to identify anomalies and trends and be proactive to give immediate alert to Reporting Manager / Supervisor.
• Any discrepancies on data or any changes on the data flow, must immediately get into attention to the Manager.
• Handle client or stakeholder communication, escalations, and Data accuracy issues / requirements in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as QA, training, workforce management, HR to support reporting regular or ADHOC.
• Attend and successfully complete all training being provided for upskilling.
• The selected candidate will be expected to respond and manage the stakeholder expectation and to maintain and set the expectations to business needs.
• Ability to independently and collaboratively working with Business stakeholder.
• Serve as the escalation point for any data accuracy and data quality.
Required Qualifications:
• 3 to 5 Years as a Reporting analyst and similar roles as dedicated Data and Reporting function.
• 3 to 5 Years of Advanced Excel. (Data presentation, charts and data visualization techniques)
• Basic knowledge of Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, Power Query.
• Knowledge of ETL Process and Data Integration.
• Basic understanding and knowledge of Visual basic macro to edit and enhance existing automated codes. (Desired not required)
• Familiarity with automation platforms like Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint services. (Desired not required)
• Clear and confident English communication skills and Email Etiquettes.
