We’re looking for a Subsidiaries Controller to join our team and bring strong accounting and analytical skills to our fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all Company subsidiaries, including the monthly close cycle and consolidation process.

• Responsible for our complex revenue recognition cycle, including allocations to subsidiaries.

• Own all subsidiaries GLs, including analytical process and reviews.

• Ownership of IC charges, TP calculations and IC balances.

• Maintaining IC loan schedule and WPs.

• Maintaining ASC 842 lease schedule.

• Analyse complex charges from the Company’s main suppliers.

• Own the Company’s consolidation file, including IC JEs and allocations, and ensure accuracy within the relevant timetables of the reporting periods (US GAAP).

• Manage the full accruals cycle of the Company and its subsidiaries.

• Manage the annual IL tax reports process.

• Work closely with the Corporate Controller on common report preparation.

• Work closely with the external auditors.

• Provide professional guidance and assistance for the bookkeeping staff.

• Ongoing communication with other departments in the Company in order to understand the business and make sure everything is being reflected properly in the Company’s financial statements.

• Ad-hoc analysis.

Requirement:

• CPA experienced in Hi-Tech groups from a Big 4 accounting firm, with a minimum of 3 years of experience - A must.

• One year of experience in the high-tech sector – A plus.

• Strong knowledge of US & Israeli GAAP’s - A must.

• Expert in Microsoft Excel - A must.

• Must be able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent English - verbal and written.

• Hard-working and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.

• Ability to maintain a high level of confidence and demonstrate a high level of maturity.

• Experience with Priority – A plus.
