About This Role:
Specific job responsibilities include:Review patient's ECG data and related algorithm findings for clinical accuracy and completeness, utilizing iRhythm's Quality Analysis tools for 100% of all recordsEffectively communicate ECG abnormalities by notifying physicians as required according to physician notification protocolPerform 100% of the quality assurance before the final report is delivered to the physician and provide report format modifications and additions as requestedMaintain compliance with job specific proficiency requirements, including CCT certification (RN or Paramedic may qualify)Continuously develop clinical knowledge, particularly ECG rhythm interpretation skillsMeet or exceed the productivity and quality metrics as defined for the roleAdherence to HIPAA Guidelines and Good Clinical PracticesOther duties as assignedAbout you:
An experienced Certified Cardiac Technician with the following qualifications:High School Diploma required; an Associate's degree or two years college course work preferred2+ years' experience as a cardiac telemetry/monitor technician, Holter scanner or other requiring ECG interpretationDemonstrated capability in rhythm analysis and interpretationYou're a Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) or able to be certified within 120 days of hire; other related certifications or licenses may qualify (i.e. RN or Paramedic)Intermediate level PC proficiencyExcellent attention to detailPositive attitude and team playerAbility to use critical thinking skillsAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsKnowledge of medical terminology specific to CardiologyExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsGreat work ethic and a desire to provide high quality outcomes (reports) to our clients and patientsPreferred Qualifications:An Associate degree or two years of college course workExperience as a telemetry/monitor technician, Holter scanner or other specialty requiring ECG interpretationWhat's In It For You
