As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you'll play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent across a broad range of positions. You will manage high-volume recruitment campaigns while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver outstanding recruitment outcomes.

Supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns and workforce mobilisation activitiesBuilding strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholdersSourcing, screening and assessing candidates across a variety of roles and skill levelsCoordinating interviews, offers, onboarding and pre-employment requirementsProviding market insights and recruitment advice to business leadersMaintaining recruitment systems and ensuring data accuracyDriving a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journeyContributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function You'll bring:
