We are seeking a General Assistant to join our team in Swindon, United Kingdom. Provide comprehensive administrative support to designated departments and team membersManage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases using appropriate systemsPerform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detailCoordinate office activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operationsHandle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including post and email managementSchedule meetings, arrange travel, and manage calendars for staff membersAssist with general clerical duties including photocopying, filing, and document preparationPrioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneouslyCommunicate professionally with internal and external stakeholdersSupport the induction process for new team membersMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriatelyContribute to the organisation's efficiency through continuous process improvement suggestions **Required Skills and Experience:**
