About this role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Northwood HQ. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef who takes pride in delivering high-quality food and maintaining excellent culinary standards.

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing your designated section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standard while supporting the wider kitchen team in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within your designated sectionEnsure all food is prepared in accordance with company recipes, standards, and specificationsMaintain high levels of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness at all timesAssist with stock control, stock rotation, and inventory managementMinimise food waste and support cost-control initiativesSupport the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operationsEnsure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and HACCP requirementsAssist with training and mentoring junior members of the kitchen teamContribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specialsWork collaboratively to ensure efficient service during busy periods Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready for progressionA genuine passion for food and high standards of culinary excellenceGood knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulationsExcellent organisational and time-management skillsThe ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsA positive, flexible, and professional attitudeLevel 2 Food Safety & Hygiene CertificateRelevant catering or professional cookery qualificationExperience working in a corporate, hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or contract catering environment At Aramark UK, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone is valued and empowered to thrive.
