We are seeking a Premium Bar Staff member to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service in a high-end bar environment, crafting premium cocktails and providing an outstanding customer experience. You will be the face of our establishment, combining technical bartending expertise with genuine hospitality to create memorable experiences for our discerning clientele.
Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers with precision and creativity, adhering to premium standardsProvide knowledgeable recommendations on beverage selections based on customer preferences and occasionMaintain exceptional customer service by engaging with guests in a professional, friendly, and attentive mannerManage bar operations efficiently, including cash handling, inventory management, and stock rotationOperate POS systems and other bar management software accurately and efficientlyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe bar environment at all times, following health and safety regulationsTrain and mentor junior bar staff on cocktail techniques, customer service standards, and bar proceduresMonitor and manage bar inventory, placing orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levelsHandle customer inquiries and resolve any service issues with professionalism and discretionComply with Irish responsible beverage service regulations and company policiesContribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues during peak service periods Minimum 3 years of bartending experience in premium or upscale bar environmentsAdvanced knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and classic and contemporary drink preparation techniquesComprehensive understanding of spirits, wines, beers, and other premium beveragesProficiency with POS systems and bar management softwareStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse clienteleExcellent time management and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environmentsDemonstrated ability to maintain composure and deliver quality service during high-volume periodsAttention to detail and commitment to maintaining premium service standardsResponsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification or equivalent (required for Ireland)Knowledge of Irish hospitality standards and local beverage preferences (preferred)Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysProfessional appearance and demeanor consistent with premium venue standardsPassion for hospitality and commitment to creating exceptional customer experiences About Aramark
