We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Suite Waiter to join our hospitality team in Dublin, Ireland. In this role, you will provide exceptional dining service to our guests in suite and private dining environments, ensuring a memorable experience through attentive service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency.
Greet guests warmly and provide courteous, attentive service throughout their dining experienceTake accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar staffServe food and beverages according to established service standards and company protocolsMaintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest inquiries and make recommendationsEnsure tables are properly set, cleared, and maintained throughout serviceMonitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns or special requestsProcess payments and handle transactions accurately using point-of-sale systemsMaintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipmentComply with all health, safety, and food handling regulationsWork collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and housekeeping staff to ensure seamless service deliveryAdapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tables efficiently during peak service periods Proven experience as a waiter, waitress, or in a similar food service roleStrong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure environmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSolid understanding of food and beverage service standards and dining etiquetteProficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and payment processingAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysStrong time management and organizational skillsAttention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standardsPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays and service itemsKnowledge of health and safety regulations in food service environmentsPreferred: Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality establishmentsPreferred: Knowledge of wines, spirits, and beverage pairingsPreferred: Multilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations About Aramark
