We're looking for a Premium Cashier to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a Premium Cashier, you will handle transactions with efficiency and courtesy, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and leaves a lasting positive impression.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systemsHandle cash, card payments, and other payment methods with precision and integrityReconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift and report any discrepanciesProvide friendly, professional, and empathetic customer service to all patronsAnswer customer inquiries and resolve payment-related issues with patience and problem-solving skillsMaintain a clean, organized checkout area and ensure compliance with company standardsAssist customers with product information and recommendations when neededFollow all security and cash handling procedures to protect company assetsCollaborate with team members to support store operations and customer flowCustomize the checkout experience to reflect our premium service standards Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar customer-facing retail roleProficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and payment processing technologyStrong numeracy skills with the ability to handle cash and calculate transactions accuratelyExcellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracyOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environmentsDemonstrated customer service excellence and friendly demeanorStrong problem-solving abilities and adaptabilityReliable, punctual, and professional work ethicPreferred: Experience in premium, luxury, or high-end retail environmentsPreferred: Multilingual capabilitiesPreferred: Knowledge of advanced payment systems and fraud prevention About Aramark
