Preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality meals to a consistently high standardSupporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen operationEnsuring all food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations are followed at all timesAssisting with menu preparation and food production to meet customer expectationsMonitoring stock levels, supporting ordering processes and reducing food wasteMaintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen environmentWorking collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experienceSupporting the implementation of company standards and procedures What we're looking for
