We are currently recruiting for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our team in Hatfield. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who enjoys preparing high-quality food, working within a professional kitchen environment, and delivering exceptional dining experiences for customers.

Preparing and cooking high-quality food in line with menu specificationsSupporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team with daily operationsEnsuring all food is prepared and presented to a high standardMaintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standardsAssisting with stock control, ordering, and stock rotationMinimising food waste and supporting cost-effective kitchen operationsEnsuring compliance with health and safety policies and proceduresContributing ideas for menu development and service improvements What we're looking for
