Experian Consumer Services - Analytics division are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Analyst to join our analytics team for a 12 month fixed-term contract.
This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running from day one, and enjoys turning complex data into compelling stories that influence business outcomes. You'll play a key role in shaping how we understand our customers, using segmentation and predictive modelling to drive smarter decisions and measurable growth.
You'll work independently, owning projects and stakeholder relationships, while being part of a close-knit, collaborative analytics team that values curiosity and rigour. We're passionate about raising the bar for analytical excellence — continuously improving how we work, challenging assumptions, and sharing knowledge to strengthen both individual and team capability.
This is a Hybrid, Nottingham-based role (40% in the office) reporting to Head of Analytics
What You'll Do
Leading analytics projects that support strategic Product and Marketing initiativesDeveloping customer insights that inform targeting, positioning, and growth strategiesBuilding and deploying segmentation models and predictive models to better understand customer behaviourTranslating complex analysis into clear, engaging narratives that drive actionManaging stakeholders across Product and Marketing, aligning analytical outputs to business prioritiesProactively identifying opportunities where data can unlock commercial valueContributing to a culture of knowledge sharing, mentoring where appropriate, and championing best practice in analytics Strong SQL skills focused on querying large datasets independentlyExperience translating data into commercially focused insightsStrong stakeholder management skills – comfortable influencing at multiple levelsExperience in an analytics roleNumerate degree (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Physics, or similar)Experience delivering value through personalisation such as predictive analysis and segmentationYou'll Stand Out If You:
