We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Overland, United States location (9511 Lackland Rd). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, bringing exceptional service directly to our customers' doors. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout the Overland areaPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customersMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructionsProvide friendly, professional customer service and represent our organization positively at every stopPerform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is safe and roadworthyHandle products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent conditionCommunicate proactively with dispatch regarding any delays, issues, or customer concernsComply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicleMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and cargo areaBuild positive relationships with customers and handle inquiries or concerns with empathy and professionalism Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyMust possess access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesCustomer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanorAbility to work independently and meet delivery goals consistentlyBasic vehicle maintenance knowledge and responsibility for vehicle upkeepFlexibility to adapt to changing routes and delivery schedulesReliable transportation and commitment to punctualityWillingness to pass a criminal background checkA positive attitude and genuine desire to provide exceptional customer serviceMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
