Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout the St. Louis areaNavigate local streets efficiently using GPS and route optimization tools to maximize delivery productivityProvide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, ensuring a positive brand experienceHandle cash and digital payment transactions accurately and securelyLoad and unload delivery items carefully, maintaining product quality and vehicle organizationMaintain accurate delivery records and communicate any issues or delays to management promptlyPerform vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs to ensure roadworthinessFollow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practicesBuild positive relationships with regular customers and represent the organization professionallyMeet delivery targets and time commitments while maintaining flexibility to handle unexpected situations Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; minimum 1 year of driving history if 19 years or olderAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company-specific standardsMust pass a criminal background checkStrong time management and organizational skills with proven punctuality and reliabilityExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindsetAbility to navigate using GPS and digital mapping toolsPhysical capability to safely load, unload, and handle delivery itemsPositive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm for customer serviceFamiliarity with the St. Louis area is preferred but not requiredValid proof of vehicle insurance and registrationMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
