About this role
We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our University City location (6963 Olive Blvd). In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring timely, safe, and professional delivery of products while building positive relationships with the customers you serve.
Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver products to customers within assigned routes and territoriesNavigate routes using GPS technology and map applications to optimize delivery schedules and meet time management expectationsHandle packages and products with care, ensuring they arrive in excellent conditionCollect payments and process transactions accurately when requiredCommunicate professionally and courteously with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with empathyMaintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and delivery confirmationsPerform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptlyAdhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating company or personal vehiclesOrganize and prioritize multiple deliveries to maximize efficiency and customer satisfactionCollaborate with team members and management to support operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; 1 year of driving history if 19 years or olderAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery operationsMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company-specific safety standardsMust pass a criminal background checkStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliveriesExcellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanorProficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile delivery applicationsPhysical capability to safely lift, carry, and load packages of varying sizesReliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedulesValid knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to perform basic upkeepDemonstrated ability to work independently while remaining collaborative with team membersPositive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfactionMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
