We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Saint Ann location (11124 Old St. Charles Rd). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers within assigned routes and territoriesPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customersMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructionsProvide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns with empathy and transparencyInspect vehicles daily for mechanical issues and report maintenance needs promptly to managementFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies to ensure safe operationsHandle packages and products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent conditionCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedbackMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exteriorMeet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a positive, collaborative attitude with team members Valid driver's license with a clean driving record meeting company standardsMinimum 2 years of driving history (if 18 years old) or 1 year of driving history (if 19 years or older)Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and meet company-specific safety standardsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindsetProficiency with GPS navigation systems and mapping technologyExcellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveriesPhysical capability to safely lift, carry, and load packages of varying sizesReliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethicKnowledge of traffic laws and commitment to safe driving practicesAbility to work flexible hours, including day, evening, and closing shifts as neededPreferred: Previous delivery or customer service experience BENEFITS
