Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Florissant areaPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient serviceMaintain accurate delivery records and documentationCommunicate professionally with customers and address any delivery-related concerns with empathy and transparencyInspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptlyFollow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practicesHandle products with care to maintain quality and prevent damage during transportProvide friendly, customer-focused service that reflects our commitment to excellenceCollaborate with team members and management to meet daily delivery goalsMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; 1 year of driving history if 19 years or olderAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company standardsMust pass a criminal background checkStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesDemonstrated reliability and punctualityAbility to navigate using GPS and route planning toolsPhysical capability to safely load, unload, and transport deliveriesPositive attitude and genuine commitment to customer serviceFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsKnowledge of local Florissant area roads and neighborhoods (preferred)Valid proof of vehicle insurance (required) BENEFITS
