We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our O'Fallon location (8760 Veterans Memorial Pkwy). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our company, delivering quality products and exceptional service directly to our customers' doors. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers throughout the O'Fallon area and surrounding neighborhoodsPlan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery timesProvide friendly, professional customer service and represent the company with a positive attitudeMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructionsInspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checksHandle cash and card transactions securely and accuratelyCommunicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concernsFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicleOrganize and load delivery items carefully to prevent damage during transportBuild positive relationships with customers and handle inquiries or complaints with empathy and professionalism Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesMust pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record CheckStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveriesExcellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanorProficiency with GPS navigation systems and route planning toolsReliable transportation and consistent punctualityPhysical capability to lift, carry, and deliver items weighing up to 50 poundsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededStrong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructionsResilience and adaptability to handle varying weather conditions and traffic situationsPreferred: Previous delivery or customer-facing experiencePreferred: Knowledge of the O'Fallon area and surrounding regionsMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building an inclusive workplace.
