We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Saint Charles location (2181 Droste Rd). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the neighborhood. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within Saint Charles and surrounding areasNavigate routes efficiently using GPS and route optimization tools to maximize delivery productivityProvide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, ensuring a positive brand experienceCarefully handle and transport packages, ensuring products arrive in excellent conditionMaintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including signatures and delivery confirmationsCommunicate proactively with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or customer concernsPerform vehicle safety checks and report any maintenance issues promptlyAdhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving standardsMeet delivery targets and time commitments while maintaining a flexible, goal-oriented approachBuild positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verified driving historyAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsAbility to lift, carry, and safely handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsReliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedulesPositive attitude with a customer-focused mindsetAbility to work independently and adapt to changing routes and schedulesBasic knowledge of traffic safety regulations and defensive driving practicesComfortable using GPS navigation systems and mobile delivery applicationsWillingness to pass a criminal background checkMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
