Execute timely and accurate deliveries to customers throughout the Bridgeton area, following optimized routes and delivery schedulesOperate your vehicle safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocolsSafely load, transport, and unload packages, ensuring items arrive in excellent conditionProvide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with empathy and efficiencyMaintain detailed delivery records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all transactionsCommunicate proactively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concernsPerform vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptlyBuild positive relationships with customers, representing our organization's commitment to excellenceAdapt to changing schedules and delivery demands with flexibility and a collaborative mindsetMeet daily delivery goals while maintaining a focus on quality service and customer satisfaction Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; minimum 1 year of driving history if 19 years or olderMust have access to an insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery purposesMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, meeting all company-specific safety and compliance standardsStrong time management and route planning abilitiesExcellent customer service and interpersonal communication skillsPhysical capability to safely lift, carry, and handle packages of varying sizes and weightsFamiliarity with local area navigation or willingness to learn delivery routes quicklyDemonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethicAbility to work independently while remaining a collaborative team memberOrganized approach to managing multiple deliveries and maintaining accurate recordsResilience and flexibility in adapting to schedule changes and unexpected challenges MBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
