Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers within assigned routes and territories in the Peru areaPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service while minimizing fuel consumptionMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructionsProvide friendly, professional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns with empathy and transparencyInspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptlyHandle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent conditionNavigate local roads and utilize GPS technology to reach destinations efficientlyCommunicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or obstaclesAdhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicleBuild positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile technologyPhysical capability to safely lift and carry packages of varying weightsReliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedulesPositive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine customer service orientationAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededFamiliarity with the Peru area and local road networks is preferredClean driving record and willingness to pass a criminal background checkResilient mindset with ability to adapt to changing conditions and handle challenges professionally BENEFITS
