As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and products directly to our valued customers throughout the Springfield area. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within Springfield and surrounding areasPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customersMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructionsProvide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with empathyInspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptlyHandle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent conditionFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicleCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedbackMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all timesMeet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery operationsMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong customer service orientation and interpersonal skillsAbility to navigate using GPS and delivery management systemsPhysical capability to safely lift and carry packages of varying weightsReliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedulesClear communication skills, both verbal and writtenDemonstrated responsibility and professional attitudeWillingness to work flexible hours based on business needsBasic vehicle maintenance knowledge and awarenessMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
