Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and executing strategic business objectivesLead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates, providing coaching and performance feedback to drive resultsEnsure consistently high standards of customer service by modeling excellent customer-focused behaviors and addressing inquiries, complaints, and returns professionallyManage inventory operations, including receiving, stocking, organizing merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory recordsImplement and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing and organized store environmentAssist in recruiting, onboarding, training, and scheduling staff to build a capable and engaged teamAnalyze sales data and implement strategic initiatives to improve store performance and achieve sales targetsMaintain compliance with company policies, procedures, safety regulations, and loss prevention protocolsOrganize and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment that reflects company standardsDemonstrate flexibility and resilience by adapting to changing priorities and supporting the team through peak periods Proven experience in retail management or a similar customer-facing supervisory roleStrong leadership and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and inspire team membersExcellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating positive customer experiencesProficiency in operational management, including inventory control, cash handling, and loss preventionDemonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and remain organized in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressureExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly across all levelsProficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applicationsKnowledge of visual merchandising principles and best practicesExperience with staff scheduling and workforce managementHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferredFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds regularlyStrong organizational and time management skillsCommitment to maintaining a safe, compliant, and inclusive workplace All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
