Operate a vehicle safely and responsibly while delivering products to customers throughout the Decatur areaPlan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery timesMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and order confirmationsProvide friendly, professional customer service at every delivery point, addressing customer inquiries and concernsInspect vehicle condition regularly and report any maintenance issues promptlyFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicleHandle cash and card transactions securely and accuratelyCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstacles encounteredMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all timesMeet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining quality standards Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company-specific standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesMust pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record CheckStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to navigate using GPS and delivery management systemsPhysical capability to safely load, unload, and carry delivery itemsReliable transportation and consistent punctualityPositive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm for customer satisfactionAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededBasic vehicle maintenance knowledge and responsibility for vehicle upkeepStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenPreferred: Previous delivery or customer-facing experience BENEFITS
