As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, bringing exceptional service directly to our customers' doorsteps. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout the Decatur areaPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficient time management and on-time arrivalsMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery confirmations, and mileage logsProvide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns with empathy and courtesyInspect vehicle condition daily, perform routine maintenance checks, and report any mechanical issues promptlyHandle packages and products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent conditionFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe driving recordCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedbackOrganize and load vehicles efficiently to maximize delivery capacity and minimize handling timeRespond professionally to customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues with a collaborative approach Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery useStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanorAbility to navigate routes efficiently using GPS and mapping toolsPhysical capability to safely lift, carry, and load packages (up to 50 lbs regularly)Reliable transportation and consistent attendanceClean driving record with no major violationsWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededPositive attitude, resilience, and goal-oriented mindsetBasic vehicle maintenance knowledge and responsibility for vehicle upkeepAbility to work independently while remaining responsive to team communication BENEFITS
