We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Lincoln location on 415 Keokuk Street. In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring timely, safe, and professional delivery of products while building positive relationships with the customers you serve.
Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver products to customers throughout the Lincoln areaPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and excellent customer serviceMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and payment documentationInspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptlyCommunicate professionally with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with a friendly demeanorHandle products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent conditionFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicleManage cash and payment transactions accurately and securelyMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interiorCollaborate with the team to meet daily delivery targets and support operational goals Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of driving historyPass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesStrong customer service skills and a professional, positive attitudeExcellent time management and organizational abilitiesKnowledge of local roads and navigation skills (GPS proficiency is a plus)Ability to lift and carry packages safely and efficientlyClear communication skills, both verbal and writtenReliability and punctuality in meeting delivery schedulesWillingness to work flexible hours based on business needsBasic vehicle maintenance awareness and responsibilityAbility to handle cash transactions accurately and securelyA commitment to safety and adherence to traffic regulationsMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
