Your Mission As a member of the Finance team, you will support the accounts payable activities and contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day accounting operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Enter, review, and monitor supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations - Support the preparation of supplier payments and monitor payment due dates to optimize cash flow management - Manage employee expense claims, including verification, approval, and integration into the accounting system - Ensure accurate accounting allocation of supplier invoices and expense claims within the ERP system - Participate in accounts payable reconciliations and related control activities - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes - Ensure compliance with internal control requirements and accounting procedures - Support the continuous improvement of accounts payable processes and workflows - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice and payment-related queries - Provide administrative and accounting support to the Finance team as required
Your Profile - Commercial CFC or equivalent qualification - 2 to 3 years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in an industrial environment - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel - Experience with an ERP system would be an advantage - Basic knowledge of Swiss GAAP and IFRS accounting standards - Fluent in French with a good command of English, both written and spoken
