Are you an organised, people-focused administrator who'd love to support staff health and wellbeing? West London NHS Trust is looking for a Health and Wellbeing Administrator to join our Organisational Development team and help deliver initiatives that make a real difference to our workforce.
You'll provide comprehensive administrative support to the Health and Wellbeing Lead, covering everything from maintaining records and coordinating wellbeing training courses to supporting staff recognition schemes like Team of the Month and our Praise e-card platform. You'll help run the Health and Wellbeing Forum, produce newsletters, keep our intranet pages up to date, and occasionally provide reception cover at our Learning and Development Centre.
We're looking for someone with previous administration experience in a team member-facing role, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication and organisational abilities. You'll be flexible, calm under pressure, and comfortable balancing a varied workload while working across multiple sites.

Main duties of the job
The Health and Wellbeing Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Health and Wellbeing Lead and wider Organisational Development Team in the delivery of staff health, wellbeing and recognition initiatives across the Trust.
The post holder will undertake a range of administrative duties including maintaining records, coordinating communications, supporting well-being training and events, administering staff recognition schemes, maintaining well-being-related information systems and providing reception cover and basic data inputting of registers for the Learning and Development Centre as required. The role will work within established procedures and receive day-to-day supervision from the Health and Wellbeing Lead.
The post-holder will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to communicate accurately and effectively. The post-holder will work as part of a team and have a flexible, adaptable approach to the role of meeting changing service needs.
Although based at a Trust Headquarter the post holder will perform administrative tasks that relate across all Trust sites. This job description is a guide to the principal duties of the post.

QUALIFICATIONS Essential
Educated to GCSE standard (5 GCSE including Maths & English grade 4 (Old C grade) or above) or equivalent.
Desirable
Diploma in Customer Service/Administration or equivalent First Aid at Work, Defib & Fire Warden trained or a willingness to undertake the training.
EXPERIENCE Essential
