Planner- Ecommerce

The Ecommerce Planner is responsible for supporting digital business growth fo through sales forecasting, promotional planning, pricing execution, and assortment analysis. This role partners cross-functionally to identify opportunities, improve performance, and deliver consistent customer experience across ecommerce channels.

· Support ecommerce promotional calendar planning, execution, and optimization across site and customer touchpoints. · Execute ecommerce price changes, audit site accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and maintain channel price parity. · Analyze performance, customer behavior, and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations. · Support online exclusive assortment planning, SKU productivity analysis, lifecycle tracking, and item-level forecasts for key products. · Identify assortment gaps and growth opportunities; recommend additions, exits, or adjustments to improve digital assortment performance. · Partner with Merchandising and cross-functional teams to rationalize assortments across store and digital channels. · Monitor ecommerce fulfillment performance and identify opportunities to improve availability, order completion, and customer experience. · Collaborate with key partners to support planning cadences, business priorities, and ecommerce execution. · Optimize Any Metal, Any Stone offerings for accurate presentation and consistent customer value. · Develop ecommerce sales, demand, margin, traffic, conversion, and order forecasts; track performance and recommend actions to improve results.

Education Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent retail merchandising, planning, buying, or ecommerce experience may be considered.

Years of Job-Related Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of merchandise or retail experience preferred
