Learn the concepts of World Class Manufacturing, and consistently apply them to continually improve and simplify processes in your area. 3. Learn and perform daily materials and receiving tasks to achieve customer expectations for service and delivery by reading and following area documentation and operating mobile equipment. 4. Improve performance by learning from previous experience, others, accepting new assignments and by openly receiving regular feedback. 5. Work cooperatively within a team environment. 6. Ability to frequently lift 40 pounds Adhere to SEL's tobacco-free policy Compliance with heightened periodic drug testing for operators of SEL vehicles Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment Preferred Qualifications Previous Materials/Receiving Experience Experience in forklift truck operation
