Job Description: TCD PROGRAM JOB DESCRIPTION TCD Team Member (Program Participant) Job Description JOIN A PROGRAM BUILT FOR LEADERSHIP JOIN A PROGRAM BUILT FOR LEADERSHIP We created the Tribal Career Development (TCD) Program to develop eligible Seminole Tribal Members and First-Generation Descendants through meaningful work, guided learning, and exposure to the many functions that support Seminole Gaming. We offer a structured career journey that connects your interests and strengths with hands-on assignments, experienced mentors, and potential long-term career opportunities across our organization. When you join TCD, we will challenge you to learn, contribute, build relationships, and take ownership of your development. You will gain practical business experience in areas such as Gaming, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Support Services while learning how our teams work together to deliver outstanding experiences. HOW WE WILL DEVELOP YOUR CAREER We begin with a foundation and assessment period that helps you understand our workplace, demonstrate your capabilities, and explore possible career directions. During this phase, you will complete onboarding, participate in behavioral and developmental assessments, work in operational settings, and receive feedback on your reliability, accountability, collaboration, initiative, and leadership potential. After the assessment period, we will partner with you to identify the pathway that best aligns with your readiness, interests, strengths, and available business opportunities: · Rotational Leadership Pathway: Explore multiple departments, build an enterprise-wide perspective, and then concentrate in a business area where you can deepen your technical knowledge and leadership capability. · Immediate Employment and Placement Support: Work with the TCD team to pursue a role aligned with your skills and current opportunities, while remaining eligible for future leadership development based on program guidelines and business needs. Throughout either pathway, we provide coaching, development sessions, program meetings, leadership exposure, and regular checkpoints so that you understand your progress and can make informed career decisions. Successful participation may lead to placement in a role that supports your long-term career direction within Seminole Gaming. WHAT YOU WILL DO As a TCD Program Participant, you will actively contribute to assigned teams while building the knowledge, judgment, and professional habits needed for continued growth. We expect every participant to approach each assignment with curiosity, respect, reliability, and a willingness to learn from both feedback and experience. · Execute assigned work, training, and rotational activities with attention to quality, safety, timeliness, and service. · Collaborate with leaders, mentors, team members, and fellow participants to solve problems, share information, and support department goals. · Apply feedback, reflect on outcomes, and advance the individualized learning plan created with the TCD team. · Demonstrate sound judgment, accountability, adaptability, and professional communication in changing operational environments. · Participate fully in evaluations, coaching conversations, development sessions, program retreats, and career-planning checkpoints. · Champion Seminole Gaming standards by acting with integrity, treating others with respect, and contributing to a welcoming team environment. WHAT YOU WILL BRING We are looking for candidates who are motivated to build a career, prepared to learn across different settings, and willing to take an active role in their own development. Strong candidates communicate professionally, follow through on commitments, respond constructively to coaching, and contribute effectively both independently and as part of a team. · Enrollment as a Member of the Seminole Tribe of Florida or status as a First-Generation Descendant, consistent with TCD Program eligibility requirements. · Age 18 or older, with the ability to meet the scheduling, licensing, and location requirements associated with assigned work. · Availability to work flexible days, hours, and shifts as assignments require, including experiences that may occur at different Seminole Gaming locations. · Ability to obtain and maintain any required gaming license and to complete applicable pre-employment screening, which may include background and credit checks. THE EXPERIENCE WE OFFER We offer more than a single assignment: we provide a supported environment where you can explore careers, build transferable skills, connect with leaders, and prepare for meaningful opportunities. You will experience different teams and operating environments, receive candid coaching, and develop a clearer understanding of where your strengths can create the greatest impact. Bring your drive, your perspective, and your willingness to grow, and let us build what comes next together! TEAM MEMBER BENEFITS We support the well-being and development of our team members through a competitive total-rewards experience. Depending on position, employment status, eligibility requirements, and applicable plan terms, benefits may include health and wellness coverage, paid time off, retirement savings opportunities, team member discounts, learning and development resources, and additional programs designed to support you at work and beyond. Specific benefit details will be shared during the hiring process, and the applicable plan documents govern eligibility and coverage. WORK ENVIRONMENT AND EXPECTATIONS Assignments may take place in gaming, hospitality, food and beverage, office, and other operational or support-service settings. Because the program is designed to provide broad exposure, your work location, department, schedule, and shift may change during the development journey, and you will be expected to follow all safety, security, licensing, attendance, confidentiality, and operational requirements that apply to each assignment. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AND ACCOMMODATIONS We are committed to providing equal employment opportunity in accordance with applicable law and to maintaining a workplace where qualified applicants and team members are considered without unlawful discrimination. Program eligibility and any applicable Tribal preference will be administered in accordance with governing law and organizational policy. We provide reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities during the application and interview process, when performing essential job functions, and when accessing other benefits and privileges of employment, unless doing so would create an undue hardship. To request an accommodation, please contact the designated Human Resources or Recruiting representative listed with the job posting.
