Role Summary We’re a small but rapidly growing Shared Services Center (SSC) in Bratislava, and we are looking for a Billing Specialist & Analyst to join our team. As a Billing Specialist & Analyst, you will be a key player in managing our billing process, ensuring that all financial data is accurate and up to date. If you have experience in billing, accounting, and/or financial reporting, and enjoy working in a collaborative and supportive environment, we’d love to have you on board! Key Responsibilities
• Processing supplier invoices accurately in our internal systems • Verifying and resolving discrepancies in invoices • Managing the payment process for all supplier invoices • Collaborating with logistics service providers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations • Using MS Excel to analyze data and generate reports • Assisting with monthly closing activities
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics or related field • At least 1 years of experience in accounting, billing, • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Fluent Slovak and intermediate English (B2) – both spoken and written • Detail-oriented with analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
