Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and complete local and extended parts deliveries and pickups, including transporting parts and materials between the dealership, vendors, customers, and other locations as needed. • Plan and prioritize daily delivery and pickup routes to ensure parts and materials are transported efficiently and within expected timeframes. • Receive deliveries, unload trucks, and verify that all incoming parts and materials are accurately accounted for and recorded. • Organize, stage, and store parts, machinery, parcels, and other materials to ensure items are readily accessible and properly maintained. • Prepare and process outgoing shipments and mail through multiple shipping vendors. • Enter parts and shipment data into the appropriate computer systems and maintain accurate records of received and shipped items. • Communicate with Parts, Service, and other dealership departments regarding delivery and pickup requests, timing, and status. • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the Parts and Service departments.
