Summary Statement:
The Spa Guest Attendant will provide uncompromising levels of guest service while orienting guests to spa facilities and providing a personalized touch. This role is also responsible for ensuring the lounge, locker room and other guest areas are neat and sanitized. Primary Job Duties: Includes but is not limited to:
• Welcome and interact with guests as they call, enter and exit the facility. • Provide a luxury experience while engaging conversations with guests and team members. • Ensure the lounges, communal spa area and relaxation lounges are neat, clean and well stock
