About this role
Supervises the day-to-day administrative and clinical area of assigned staff. Ensures established patient care, and operational/employee policies are upheld and maintained. Leads or mentors lower level team members.
• Oversee and maintains the provider's schedules ensuring daily staff schedules/coverage is appropriate for clinic visits. • Exercises supervisory controls for employees related to time and attendance and work assignments. • Coaches, trains and evaluates staff, monitors compliance and spot checks staff performance. • Ensures clinic staff is in compliance with state and federal guidelines. • Reviews reports and assists staff with understanding the significance of the report information. • Performs primary medical functions and directs patient care. • Assesses staffing needs, maintains masterwork schedule, and makes staffing recommendations to management. • Maintains inventory of all clinic supplies. • Performs all other duties as assigned.
• Knowledge of service delivery protocol and treatment standards. • Ability to give and receive feedback, both informally and formally. • Ability to provide a high standard of record keeping. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated critical thinking skills. • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office. EDUCATION: High School diploma or GED is required.
EXPEREINCE:
Three (3) years related experience is required.
