Schedule: Full-Time Day Shift - 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (M-F) Work Location: North Hospital (Onsite Only) Department Supported: Radiology Administration Primary Responsibilities: Admin Assistant Imaging Scheduler Provides high-level administrative and technical support to departmental leaders and teams across IU Health. Operates with minimal supervision and is responsible for managing complex workflows and supporting departmental or enterprise level initiatives, including coordination, tracking, and reporting across multiple stakeholders. Mentors junior and intermediate-level administrative staff, including onboarding and training. Assists with preparing high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders. Serves as a liaison between leadership, staff, and external partners, ensuring timely communication and follow-up. May assist with clinical care coordination, including appointment scheduling, documentation support, and communication with patients and care teams. May support clinical workflows by ensuring timely and accurate administrative contributions to patient care operations. May collaborate with clinical staff to ensure timely and accurate administrative support for patient care operations. May be asked to participate in workflow optimization tasks and collaborate with leadership to identify and implement clinical efficiency improvements. Candidate Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED is required. • Requires 4-6 years of relevant administrative experience in a healthcare or complex organizational setting. • Requires experience supporting senior leaders and managing sensitive information. • Experience with a matrix organization and complex work environment is a plus. • Requires advanced proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). • Requires proficiency in EMR and medical terminology for clinical care focused positions. Candidate Preferred:

• Healthcare setting scheduling experience preferred, not required.
