About the team We are a Quality Control team working directly with the production of UAVs. Our team is responsible for ensuring product quality at different stages of production — from incoming inspection of components to in-process and final inspection. We work closely with Production and Engineering teams to identify issues, prevent defects, and continuously improve quality processes. Your mission We are looking for a Quality Control Specialist who will ensure that products meet requirements at all stages of production — from incoming material inspection to the acceptance of finished products. Responsibilities <ul><li>Conduct incoming inspection of materials, components, and finished products.</li><li>Perform measurements, functional tests, and visual inspections according to technical documentation.</li><li>Record inspection results, prepare reports, and identify non-conformities.</li><li>Collaborate with engineers and production teams to resolve defects and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Maintain and adhere to quality control standards in accordance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and military regulations.</li><li>Participate in preparation for internal and external audits.</li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>Experience in quality control within manufacturing (mechanical engineering, electronics, aviation, or defense is a plus).</li><li>Knowledge of quality principles and standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, or equivalent).</li><li>Ability to work with technical drawings, documentation, and measuring equipment.</li><li>Attention to detail, responsibility, and a systematic approach.</li><li>Basic experience with ERP/MRP systems.</li><li>Intermediate English (reading technical documentation + spoken).</li></ul> Nice to have <ul><li>Experience participating in certification audits.</li><li>Knowledge of military standards, including NATO AQAP.</li><li>Experience in quality control of electronic components or aviation products.</li></ul>
