About this opportunity Laberge Group, a 60+ year fixture in New York State municipal engineering, is now part of Artheon and the Trilon Group. We're building out our municipal water and wastewater practice here in Albany and looking for a Program Manager to lead project delivery on that growing portfolio. Manage a portfolio of municipal water and wastewater projects from planning and design through construction Serve as the primary technical and client contact on assigned projects Prepare and oversee engineering reports, design calculations, specifications, and cost estimates for water supply, treatment and distribution and for wastewater treatment and collection projects Coordinate compliance with NYSDOH, DEC, and EFC requirements, along with grant and funding programs such as GIGP, DWSRF, CDBG, and USDA Supervise, mentor, and develop project engineers and design staff assigned to your projects Manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts, including construction administration
