Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including roadway, traffic, structures, drainage, utilities, environmental, surveying, and construction professionals. Develop project approaches, scopes of work, fee estimates, schedules, and staffing plans. Lead and contribute to proposals, interviews, and other business development efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with public agency clients, teaming partners, contractors, and stakeholders. Identify upcoming transportation opportunities and help develop strategies to successfully pursue them. Provide technical oversight and quality assurance while empowering project teams to take ownership of their work. Mentor project managers, engineers, and emerging leaders. Work closely with Idaho transportation leadership to help establish strategic priorities and grow the practice.
