About this role
We are looking for a QA Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead QA Operations, drive the development and improvement of quality processes and standards, optimize regression testing, work with quality metrics, and promote automation and AI-powered approaches across QA. You will work closely with Engineering Platform and Product teams to strengthen quality ownership and build efficient, scalable QA processes across the organization. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week working from the office in Paphos or Limassol . Lead the QA Operations team, including team development and performance management Own and continuously improve regression testing processes for mobile applications Develop product quality processes and continuously improve their efficiency Own quality metrics, analyze trends and identify improvement opportunities Develop defect management, triage and escalation processes for critical issues Define and continuously improve testing guidelines, quality standards and common QA processes Drive the adoption of AI-powered approaches and automation across testing and quality processes Identify and scale opportunities to use AI to improve QA Operations efficiency and reduce manual effort Partner with Engineering Platform and Product teams to improve product quality and strengthen engineering ownership of quality
