Our Lead Operations position is ideal for a service-driven leader who thrives in a dynamic hospitality and tourism environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence, team development, safety compliance, and outstanding customer service by providing guidance, training, and support to frontline staff. Supervises a shore excursion services team and the guest services activities. Responsible for assisting in the administration of shore excursion services activities and operations. Assists with administering the local driver safety training program in the Spring with safety and service audit support during the operating season. Routinely applies knowledge of operations, Company products, and customer services to assist staff with routine questions. Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies, objectives, and applicable government laws and regulations.
