Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Assess, underwrite and price tax liability insurance risks across a wide range of tax disciplines and jurisdictions. Independently lead lower and medium-complexity underwriting opportunities while supporting senior colleagues on larger or more complex risks. Review tax advice, legal opinions, transaction documentation and supporting materials to evaluate risk and determine underwriting suitability. Analyse the probability, potential exposure and timing of tax liabilities. Structure and negotiate bespoke insurance policy terms, endorsements and coverage solutions. Prepare underwriting recommendations, pricing models and risk assessments for internal decision-making. Instruct and manage external tax advisers and counsel, including preparing briefing materials and reviewing third-party reports.
