Permanent contract, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year Interview Date: 16 Oct The Director of Quality will be responsible for the college's quality improvement and assurance framework, including readiness for inspection to ensure the college meets its strategic performance indicators. The successful candidate, through strategic leadership and collaboration with curriculum management teams, will create a culture of continuous improvement. The Director of Quality will be a member of the Corporate Leadership Group and will strategically lead the quality cycle and associated approaches, for all funding streams, to ensure that all learners and apprentices access a high-quality education experience, improve performance outcomes and realise the college’s ambition of ‘real skills, real futures’.
