About the Job We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Surgical Technician to support our Operating Room team in delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, you will assist with direct patient care activities before, during, and after surgical procedures while maintaining a safe, sterile, and efficient operating environment. The ideal candidate is committed to patient safety, demonstrates strong clinical skills, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced surgical setting. Who We Are Serving Tustin, Santa Ana and other surrounding communities, Foothill Regional Medical Center is a fully accredited acute care hospital, licensed for 177 beds—120 beds for general acute care, 15 intensive care beds and 42 pediatric sub-acute beds. Our surgeons are supported by state-of-the-art robotics. Assist with patient positioning and transfers while ensuring comfort and safety. Adhere to all infection prevention, safety and HIPAA requirements. Prepare, organize and handle surgical trays and instruments. Ensure proper operation, care and maintenance of surgical instruments and clinical equipment. Protect patient privacy, dignity and confidentiality at all times.
