We're looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance across our UK Supply Chain Contractor Management division. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Revenue Operations function where you'll influence strategic decision-making, optimise commercial processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and identify opportunities that drive revenue growth. Working closely with commercial leaders, sales teams and the Revenue Operations Lead, you'll help shape the future of our reporting, analytics, automation and AI capabilities. Analyse commercial performance across marketing, business development, onboarding, account management and customer renewals, identifying trends, risks and growth opportunities. Build, maintain and enhance revenue forecasts, monitor pipeline health and challenge forecast assumptions to improve forecasting accuracy and commercial decision-making. Own and administer commercial commission schemes, ensuring accurate calculation, validation and reporting aligned with business objectives. Monitor CRM adoption, data quality and sales process compliance, identifying opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, governance and commercial workflows. Produce actionable insights and executive-level reporting that supports commercial leaders in making informed, evidence-based decisions.
