Job summary This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the Manchester Referral and Assessment Hub. We are looking for skilled practitioners, with mental health experience, who are keen to be part of a new service in Manchester, that is central to our improved community mental health offer. You will be a practitioner who is able to complete triage and assessments at the front door service into secondary care mental health. Successful candidates will play an important part in the in the delivery of high-quality service provision. As part of the team, you will be empowered to shape and build the service as community transformation develops in Manchester. You will help build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and the wider network.
